State a use for the enzyme streptokinase in medicine.

Answer: It dissolves blood clots — used in treating heart attacks (thrombolytic therapy).

Streptokinase dissolves blood clots, so it is injected in myocardial infarction (heart-attack) treatment as a clot-buster.
