A diazonium cation is a weak electrophile: with the printed phenol/amine partner it substitutes at the para position (ortho if para is blocked) of the activated ring:

Ar N_{2}^{+} + A r^{'} H \to Ar - N = N - A r^{'}

Write the displayed azo product with the –N=N– bridge.
