For a cyclic process the work done by the system equals the area enclosed by the loop on the $P$--$V$ diagram. From the figure the vertices are $A(2{\text{ m}}^3,100\text{ Pa})$, $B(5{\text{ m}}^3,300\text{ Pa})$ and $C(5{\text{ m}}^3,100\text{ Pa})$, forming a right triangle with base $\Delta V=5-2=3$ m${}^3$ and height $\Delta P=300-100=200$ Pa. The cycle $A\to B\to C\to A$ is traversed clockwise, so the work done by the system is positive and equal to $\frac{1}{2}\times 3\times 200=300$ J.
